Custom Button Badge Printing in Indore: A Design Checklist for Events

Custom button badges offer a compact way to display a logo, event theme or short message. For college activities, exhibitions, staff campaigns and community events in Indore, a readable badge can help people recognise a shared identity at a glance. Perfect Printings offers custom button badges that can be personalised with your artwork.

Start with one clear purpose

Decide whether the badge needs to show a brand, identify an event group or communicate a campaign message. Choose one main element and keep supporting text short. A badge has much less space than a flyer, so adding every detail can make the final print difficult to read.

Design for a circular print area

Place the most important logo or wording near the centre. Keep text and essential details away from the outer edge, where the artwork may wrap around the badge. Ask the printer for the correct artwork template, including the finished size, bleed and safe area, before preparing your file.

Check contrast and image quality

• Use strong contrast between the background and lettering.
• Avoid very thin lines and tiny decorative fonts.
• Supply a sharp logo or suitable print-quality artwork.
• View the design at its actual finished size before approving it.

A design that looks clear on a large screen can become crowded when reduced to a badge. Printing a paper mock-up at the intended size is a useful way to check readability.

Plan quantities and artwork versions

Count attendees, staff or recipients and decide whether everyone needs the same design. If different groups need different badges, list the quantity for each version separately. Share these details with the printer so the quote and proof reflect the complete order.

Approve the proof before production

Check spelling, logo placement, colours, size and the quantity of each design. Confirm the attachment style and required completion date as part of the order. If the badges are for children, review the suitability of pin attachments for the intended use.
