In these Terms, the term “you”, “your” refers to the user or viewer of the Site and the terms “Perfect Printings”, “our”, “us”, “we” refers to Perfect Printings, a business operating under the laws of India.

These Terms govern your access and use of this Site, which is operated by Perfect Printings, having its registered office at:

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Perfect Printings. Any modifications or derivative works remain the property of Perfect Printings.

Perfect Printings does not guarantee that designs created using its tools will be unique or free from similarity with designs created by others. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any design, logo, or content you use does not infringe third-party rights.

Use of Site & User Content

You may use this Site only for lawful purposes and for ordering products and services from Perfect Printings.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have permission to use all content submitted by you

  • Your content does not infringe any third-party rights

  • Your content is not defamatory, obscene, unlawful, hateful, or offensive

Perfect Printings reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, remove any content, or terminate accounts without prior notice if Terms are violated.

You agree not to use the Site for spam, abusive behavior, unlawful activity, or automated misuse.

Taxes (GST)

You agree to pay applicable GST and other taxes on all orders.

  • Perfect Printings is not responsible for verification of incorrect GST details.

  • No changes to GST details are allowed after order placement.

Pricing Policy

All prices displayed on the Site are subject to change without notice. Prices are final at the time of order confirmation. Adding products to the cart does not reserve pricing.

Refund Policy

⚠️ NO REFUND POLICY

All orders placed with Perfect Printings are final and non-refundable.
Refunds, replacements, or cancellations are not permitted once the order is confirmed, except where required by applicable law.

Customers are advised to carefully review designs, specifications, quantities, and details before placing an order.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

❌ Cash on Delivery (COD) is NOT AVAILABLE.

All payments must be made online using available payment methods on the Site.

Shipping & Delivery

Perfect Printings will make reasonable efforts to deliver products within estimated timelines. However, delivery dates are indicative and delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including logistics issues, weather conditions, or force majeure events.

Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses may result in delays or loss, for which Perfect Printings will not be liable.

Risk and title of products pass to you upon dispatch to the delivery partner.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perfect Printings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or products.

Perfect Printings’ total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific order.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Perfect Printings, its owners, employees, and agents against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

Disclaimer of Warranty

Perfect Printings is not responsible for:

  • Spelling or design errors approved by the customer

  • Low-resolution or poor-quality uploaded images

  • Errors in customer-selected options

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
